To offer you storage, it is necessary for us to collect information about you, including:

  • licence number and details
  • date of birth
  • passport number
  • telephone number
  • email address
  • physical address, and
  • any other information reasonable necessary

We collect, maintain, use and disclose this information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and Privacy Act 1988.

We collect your information to assist us to provide you with storage and do business with you. You may choose to not provide us with personal information, but if we cannot identify you it is impractical for us to offer you storage. We may need to disclosure your information to others outside our business, including services providers, law enforcement agencies, debt collection agencies, storer screening databases and others. In some circumstances, your information may be sent outside of Australia for processing or storage, including to NZ, USA and the UK.

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the KeepSafe Storage website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
