We have only stored with you guys for 2 months while we waited to move into our new home. In that time I have visited your facility more than a dozen times. On each occasion the facility was immaculately clean, tidy and most importantly safe. My wife and I felt confident that all of our house contents were protected and safe at your facility. I actually quite enjoyed visiting our units after-hours as I liked seeing all of the lights switch on, the roller doors wind back, and the music start playing (cheap thrills hey?). But most importantly I wanted to say how amazing your staff are. We have dealt with Leah and Shayne the whole time and these ladies are just brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always, always greeted with smiles and conversation. My wife initially spoke to Leah when trying to find a unit for our possessions. She was so impressed with Leah she said we had to use your facility. It's rare to find staff that take pride in their work and show such great customer service. I think you need to hold on to these ladies!!! Anyway, thank you Leah and Shayne, keep up the fantastic work! I think it's pretty clear that we'll be recommending your facility to friends and family. Good afternoon On behalf of Evan and myself I would like to thank Keepsafe Storage and in particular Mandy for her wonderful above and beyond customer service. We simply could not ask for a more comprehensive storage experience, Mandy personally measured the bay to ensure our van would fit the space (just) and she worked her magic to jiggle the bays around to find us one with the best access and additional room behind to ensure we (and our bay neighbours) didn’t have any pinch points. Keepsafe were not the cheapest but they were definitely the best service and offered the best value for money. The site is super clean, so orderly and secure. We couldn’t ask for more. The facility is clean has all the facilities you need trolleys etc. The staff are wonderful if you need to store anything give Yassy or Mandy a call they will be able to help you whatever your storage needs.

“I would like to thank Mandy and Yassy staff from Welshpool unit for their amazing customer service. Special thanks to Mandy for going above and beyond a good service and provding an excellent and delightful service. Both staff are very professional and friendly. When I approached for the first time, I was given a very detailed information by Yassy. I did a great deal of homework about the storage facility as I was going to use the service for the very first time. Even though they knew I was only doing a homework and they were unsure if I was going to sign up with them they still provided me all the required details and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. Even though I got better rates than Keepsafe storage I couldn't stop myself from coming back to them for such a warm service.Today I moved into the storage and I had to change the size of the unit at the last minute and Mandy was super accomodating and nothing was too much for her. She made the entire process stress free. Thank you, your facility is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. It has certainly taken the load from our house whist children have moved in an out over the past several years. I would definitely recommend to any friends should the need arise.
