I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at KeepSafe Storage Welshpool. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A huge thank you to the amazing office lady, Deb — she went above and beyond to help our mum, she recognised when our mum was becoming overwhelmed with everything and just put mums mind at ease by being more than happy to explain until mum fully understood. Her patience and customer service could not be faulted. We especially loved that nothing was too much trouble, and her friendly, can-do attitude made the entire process so much easier. It’s rare to come across service this genuine and helpful. Highly recommend KeepSafe Welshpool and especially Deb for just providing the best in every aspect. We appreciate you for that! 10/10 will be recommending your company to everybody.
