Thank you for your kind letter re my vacating unit 3034. I have been culling out unit 1040 for my daughter who has moved to Port Lincoln in SA. Her belongings have been in the store for a couple of years and so I have had to photograph and discuss all items with her. It has taken just shy of a month to complete the task. During that time I have been dealing with Lisa and Vanessa but mainly Lisa. I had regular contact with her re my daughter's account before this. Lisa is a fantastic employee. She is always pleasant and friendly and ever willing to assist. I have nothing but the highest praise for her customer service and efficiency. I thanked both of them when I did my final run today but please also pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude for their support. Your facility is first class.

What an absolutely wonderful storage facility, clean, modern with really helpful staff. Even better was the APOD discount for current and former Defence members. All up a very professional and classy establishment. We were so happy to get a storage bay!!

Everything was just what we needed. Helpful staff, easy access, functional lifts, well lit corridors, clean storage, toilet facilities. We were even able to unload under cover in the summer heat. Brilliant !

I wish to thank you for your service. You guys have been so easy to deal with, and helpful, and the process too is simple.. I love the fact that I have the 24/7 access and its made the whole storage option so much more pleasant for me .. So thank you once again …. Depending on my moving arrangements, I may be back in Feb but for a bigger space .. A lot will depend on the how's and ifs of me finding another place.

I couldn’t want for a better place to store my stuff, this facility would have to be the cleanest, and the safest. I’m very pleased knowing my belongings are safely behind those gates under 24 hr surveillance.
