When I first called to make initial enquiries I happened to get Graham, the Manager, who literally told me the facility would blow my mind! Well he was right! Highest quality facility, fantastic location, so easy loading and unloading with the layout and trollies available. The customer service has been great too. Staff have always been efficient and polite every time we’ve been in communication. Highly recommend this storage facility and it’s team. We have been so very lucky to have found KeepSafe Balcatta at the time we needed storage and get what we feel as one of the best storage rooms in the facility! Absolutely grateful how well all our things was stored there. And on top of that the wonderful staff we had the pleasure to meet and deal with at KeepSafe Storage Balcatta. Set up a storage unit with the lovely Glenda, who is absolutely wonderful and helpful. Free use of the removal truck when you move in, and we had stellar assistance with the forklift from Rod. 10/10 would recommend.
