I got more help than I thought I would need. The staff, Jen and Leah are fantastic!! They are not only patient, they have a lot of empathy for the customers who not always come in the greatest state of mind, having to deal with diverse issues. Jen and Leah could find quick solutions to resolve my problems. I recommend strongly this storage as well as it is very clean, protected from the dust and weather conditions. The access is easy, the lift spacious, the music helps a lot not feel alone and the security is top.

When I first called to make initial enquiries I happened to get Graham, the Manager, who literally told me the facility would blow my mind! Well he was right! Highest quality facility, fantastic location, so easy loading and unloading with the layout and trollies available. The customer service has been great too. Staff have always been efficient and polite every time we’ve been in communication. Highly recommend this storage facility and it’s team. Thanks guys, we’ll be using you in future if we need storage again in the future. Claire & Scott

We have been so very lucky to have found KeepSafe Balcatta at the time we needed storage and get what we feel as one of the best storage rooms in the facility! Absolutely grateful how well all our things was stored there. And on top of that the wonderful staff we had the pleasure to meet and deal with at KeepSafe Storage Balcatta. Set up a storage unit with the lovely Glenda, who is absolutely wonderful and helpful. Free use of the removal truck when you move in, and we had stellar assistance with the forklift from Rod. 10/10 would recommend.
