Great Service
I have used keep safe Balcatta several times now and will certainly use them again. Clean, secure, easily accessible, Very friendly service and hassle free. The free use of the tail lift vehicle is an added plus.

I am writing to personally thank you on behalf of my partner and I for the impeccable service that you provided both of us! From the first phone call to obtaining a quote to then visiting the KeepSafe Storage Facility in O’Connor. I simply cannot say enough on how you treated us as prospective customers. We inspected a number of storage facilities in the area and none of them even came close to how you presented yourself and looked after us like you did, which in turn made us feel confident in storing our personal belongings with KeepSafe! Your quotes were promptly emailed and all was explained in detail and all our questions were answered....just excellent! I would also like to mention that the way your facility is presented, from walking into the offices to the storage units are more than excellent! Which makes all the difference in my opinion when using a storage facility. It tends to show how a business carries themselves and treats their customers....again just excellent!! Once again, thankyou for making what is a stressful time(moving home) and finding a place for our personal belongings one thing less we had to worry about!! Thanks for caring and making everything flow, for now days being treated as a number seems to be more and more common which definitely was not the case with our experience. I will have no hesitation in recommending KeepSafe Storage to family and friends.

Genuinely Nice People
I would just like to give a shout out to KeepSafe Storage in Mandurah. Such amazing staff, they love to have a laugh and are just genuinely nice people. I have had to get a storage unit and they where so helpful with that I need and the equipment that they have to make the moving of items is fantastic, what would have taken a few hours to move took me maybe 30 mins. Thank you KeepSafe for making things so much easier!
