Brisbane Self Storage FAQs

Pricing depends on the size of the unit. Small units start from as little as a couple of dollars per day, and we’re currently offering 40% off select units for the first two months. For the most current pricing and any available promotions, use our online booking tool or contact the team directly. We can sometimes offer better rates than what’s shown online. It depends on what you’re storing. A 1m² to 3m² unit suits a few boxes or small items. A 5m² to 9m² unit handles the contents of a bedroom or small office. Units from 10m² to 26m² are suited to full household contents or business stock. Use our online space calculator to get a quick estimate, or call the team and we’ll help you work it out. One month. All storage is month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. If you need to move out, seven days’ written notice is all that’s required. See our other FAQs for more information.

Gate access at Redbank is available every day from 5:00am to 9:00pm. Our team is in the office Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm if you need assistance in person.

All new customers receive a free move-in truck, van, or trailer to help get your things to the facility. Trolleys and a pallet jack are available on-site at no charge, and a forklift is on hand for heavier items.

For safety and legal reasons, we can’t accept living creatures, flammable or combustible materials, firearms, toxic or hazardous chemicals, illegal substances, or other perishable items.
