How much do storage units cost per month in Perth?

Pricing depends on the size of the unit and the facility. Across our Perth facilities, you can expect to pay in the general range of $40–$579 per month. What size storage units do I need?

It depends on what you’re storing. A 1m²–3m² unit suits a few boxes or small items. A 5m²–9m² unit handles the contents of a bedroom or small office. What is the minimum storage period?

One month. All storage is month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. If you need to move out, seven days’ written notice is all that’s required. See our other FAQs for more information.

When can I access my storage unit?

24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year — at all three Perth facilities (Belmont, Joondalup, and Bayswater). Our team is in the office Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–2pm if you need assistance in person.

How do I move my belongings in?

All new customers receive a free move-in truck, van, or trailer to help get your things to the facility. Trolleys are also available on-site at no charge. If you need a forklift for heavier items, that’s available at our Perth facilities too.

What can't I store at a KeepSafe facility?

For safety and legal reasons, we can’t accept living creatures, flammable or combustible materials, firearms, toxic or hazardous chemicals, illegal substances, or other perishable items. Do you offer storage for vehicles, boats, or caravans?
