Special thanks to Mandy for going above and beyond a good service and provding an excellent and delightful service. Both staff are very professional and friendly. When I approached for the first time, I was given a very detailed information by Yassy. I did a great deal of homework about the storage facility as I was going to use the service for the very first time. Even though they knew I was only doing a homework and they were unsure if I was going to sign up with them they still provided me all the required details and made the entire process clear and easy to understand. Even though I got better rates than Keepsafe storage I couldn't stop myself from coming back to them for such a warm service.Today I moved into the storage and I had to change the size of the unit at the last minute and Mandy was super accomodating and nothing was too much for her. She made the entire process stress free.
